This doesn’t look like the hand to immediately get us back into the game -let’s hold the single run and hope for a 5 ,10 ,J or Q cut for the hand or a 2 or 3 for the crib |

Four points versus three for T-J-Q-(A/2/6).
Have both an eleven and sixteen combo. The Jack is one of Ras', "key connectors", so it might help in the crib. Another budget menu puzzle. The 2 doesnt help the hand, but may help the crib. The doublerun will be dealt next hand.

I am in the A-2 camp for the reasons stated above. Maybe I shouldn’t be so reluctant to eschew a flush that only starts with four points …for today I still have ….On an happy note ..Off to join Dan Selke & play in a tournament in Loveland , Co. |

And people thought my FLUSH last Monday of (Ad 3d 6d Qd) was ugly, here we have (Ad 6d Td Qd)! Yuck indeed! 🦆
It's either the FLUSH with Toss (2 J), or the Run (6 J Q K) and Toss (A 2). Initially, it seemed as though the Run was better, since Thirteen Cuts (5555, JJJ, QQQ, KKK) will yield Eight Points or more, but we do have a buzz-kill of Seventeen Non-Heart-Suited Cuts (AsAc, 2s2d2c, 3s3d3c, 4s4d4c, 7s7d7c, 8s8d8c) that add nothing to this Three-Point Hand. 💐 With the FLUSH, we have Nine Cuts (4444, 5555, Jd) that yield Eight Points or more, and while the Crib may be slightly weaker, we finish with a Minimum Hand of Four Points after only Eleven Non-Diamond-Suited LOSER Cuts (2s2c, 3s3h3c, 7s7h7c, KsKhKc). The FLUSH tends to look better and better under close examination. 👓 Let's Toss (2h Jh) and retain the FLUSH today, and "flush" the Run!
